Melchor Tagana (b. 1982) is a self-taught contemporary artist with a degree in interior design. His work is tactile, influenced by fluidity and texture. Melchor describes his paintings as “internal landscapes,” aiming to give tangible form to a range of human emotions including unbridled joy, grief, and love, adding emotional depth to his pieces. With an ethereal perspective, Melchor blends earth tones with swatches of clouds to create dreamlike scenes that evoke a sense of wonder and tranquility seen from above.
